Facts n' Questions

1. Do you just make Quidditch Robes and Sweaters?

At the moment, I only have prices for the Quidditch robes and sweaters . However, if you wish to own a school robe or sweater you can discuss it with me and I can quote you a price.

2. Why do you need my messurements?

Messurments are to help fit the robe better, after all I'm personally five foot ten and a robe that fit me would hang well below someone elses toes that is shorter then myself.

3. Why do you need half payment up front? Why can't I just pay you after you make it?

I'm not about to put effort into a costume that you decide days or a week later you have no intrest in purchsing any longer. A half payment that is non-refundable makes sure that I won't get stuck with robes you no longer want.

4. What if I change my mind?

You can change your mind any time between e-mailing me the order info and me receiving the payment. After the first payment is received it is considered non-refundable. You can not finish payment for the costume but the first payment is mine.

5. How long does it take to get a costume back?

On average, it should take about one-two weeks for the costume to be finished. I will e-mail you with an aprox. date that it will be finished when I receive the first payment. With complex costumes it may take longer. Any custom costumes will be discussed in detail over e-mail.

6. What materials do you make the Quidditch Robes out of?

Robes will be made out of broadcloth unless another material is wanted. Any type of other fabric may cost more and a price can be quoted over e-mail to you. As a rule, broadcloth is a sturdy fabric that doesn't tend to fade if cared for properly. However, if you want something heavier such as cotten which is better for outside wear the material is more expensive and will make the costume cost higher.

7. If there any special care I should take with my costume?

All costumes should be dry cleaned for the best results. You of course are welcome to toss them in a washing machine but this may fade the material somewhat and cause fraying. As a rule the costumes really should be dry cleaned.
